Refund policy

يحق للعميل عمل طلب استرجاع للمنتج خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الاستلام بشرط أن يكون المنتج على حالته وبكل متعلقاته، ومن ثم سيتم إرسال مندوب شركة الشحن
لاستلام المنتج خلال 4 أيام عمل، وبمجرد وصول المرتجع لمخازننا والتأكد من تمام حالته سيتم تحويل قيمة ثمن المنتج مطروحًا منه تكلفة بوليصة الاسترجاع، والتي
تكون غالبًا بين 100 إلى 200 جنيه كحد أقصى.

The customer has the right to make a return request for the product within 24 hours from the time of receipt, provided that
the product is in its condition and all its belongings, and then the representative of the shipping company will be sent to
receive the product within 4 working days, and once the return arrives at our warehouse and ensures its complete
condition, the value of the price of the product will be transferred minus the cost of the return policy, which is often between
100 to 200 pounds maximum.

أما في حالة ظهور عيب مصنع بالمنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، فيحق للعميل عمل طلب استرجاع، ومن ثم سيتم إرسال مندوب شركة الشحن لاستلام المنتج
خلال 4 أيام عمل، وبمجرد وصول المرتجع لمخازننا والتحقق من العيب، سيتم تحويل قيمة المنتج كاملة دون أي خصومات.

In the event that a manufactured defect appears in the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, the customer has the
right to make a return request, and then the representative of the shipping company will be sent to receive the product within
4 working days, and once the return arrives at our warehouse and verifies the defect, the value of the product will be
transferred in full without any discounts.
